The November Foundation is a community-based organization dedicated to providing services to wounded/disabled veterans, mentorship programs to at-risk youth, and enrichment programs for young adults. We are dedicated to helping our community reach its full potential by providing educational programs, relevant learning opportunities, and supportive services.

MENTAL HEALTH Case Mangnement
At The November Foundation, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing Mental heatlh issues for homeless Veterans. A Mental Health Case Management system is by no means an easy feat, but through cooperation and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate progress in this area.
